Dr. Song has contracts with practically all PPO health plans. Different plans offer different benefit packages with regards to deductibles, copays, coverage for office visits, procedures, lab tests, skin test and allergy vaccines (shots). If you have an HMO insurance and would like to use Dr. Song, please write to your plan. If they receive enough requests, they man add him on their specialist panel.
